The MasterHands is a combination of gloves and computer software used to create and control music through the movement of the user's hands. The three-fingered gloves contain motion-sensing microchips, similar to the technology found in smartphones today. These chips can track positioning by measuring acceleration and tilt of the user's fingers and hands.
The MasterHands is a fully functioning virtual electronic instrument, a capable tool for music editing and mixing, and the best addition to any performance imaginable. Additionally, the software includes basic, easy-to-use presets for DJing that enable the user to control a multitude of actions and techniques, including: volume control, song swapping, sound effects, scratching, and mixing. All movement controls are fully customizable for experienced masters of the trade, while the standard presets are based on intuitive movements so that any user may be able to master the technology out of the box.
